Sileo Released for iOS 11 Electra Jailbreak as Cydia Alternative

Sileo is alternative to Cydia which was in development from last few months by developers such as Coolstar, Nullpixel, AppleBetas & few more. Sileo got released today and right now it is in beta development mode. You can install sileo from Electra’s Repo. But Sileo plans to have their own repo after stable release.

The preview version of Sileo only supports the latest version of Electra. Unc0ver jailbreak is not supported right now, though many users report that Sileo is working fine for them. If you have used Electra to jailbreak your iPhone or iPad, you can download Sileo from the default Electra repo.

Currently, @DynasticRepo is the only repo that supports payments, with @CharizTeam adding support very soon.
Cydia Store purchases support downloads only.
Sileo will be distributed on a new repo with the initial release.

As mentioned, this is still the first beta release of Sileo and it is full of bugs. Many users over on Reddit are complaining about the package manager crashing while installing/uninstalling new tweaks so if you value your stable jailbreak, you should avoid trying Sileo for now.

Depending on how quickly the Electra team updates Sileo to squash all the reported bugs and add new features to it, there’s a possibility of Sileo replacing Cydia and becoming the package manager for jailbroken iOS devices. It could become the App Store for jailbreak tweaks with a modern and easy to navigate UI — something which is sorely needed. This is important since jailbroken iPhone and iPad users have to currently rely on Cydia which has not received any meaningful updates in quite a few years now.
